Zuora Billing Consultant

Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing professional with 6+ years of experience in Zuora Billing configuration, integrations, and Quote-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing Zuora solutions, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Zuora Billing configuration and enhancements, including products, subscriptions, rate plans, billing rules, invoices, payments, and other Zuora components.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Zuora integrations using REST APIs, Workflows, SOQL/SQL, and the Zuora Object Model.
- Support the complete Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, collections, payments, and revenue-related processes.
- Analyze and resolve production issues related to billing, subscriptions, invoices, payments, and integrations.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable fixes while minimizing business disruption.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Zuora solutions.




- Participate in solution design, testing/UAT, deployments, and post-production support.
- Provide technical guidance and ongoing support to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience working with Zuora Billing.
- Strong knowledge of Zuora configuration, Billing, Subscriptions, Rate Plans, Invoicing, and Payments.
- Hands-on experience with Zuora REST APIs, Workflows, and Zuora Object Model.
- Good understanding of SOQL/SQL and integration concepts.
- Solid knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
