We are looking for a hands-on leader to head our Data & Analytics practice. This role is not just about managing a team but building a strong, scalable practice that delivers real business value to our customers. You will own the end-to-end responsibility of the practice, from driving revenue and shaping solutions to mentoring teams and engaging with customers. Practice Leadership & Growth :

- Own the P&L; for the Data & Analytics practice
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall practice expansion
- Identify new opportunities across existing and current customers
- Build and position differentiated offerings in enterprise data management

Customer & Delivery Ownership :

- Act as the go-to person for key customers and strategic engagements
- Ensure quality delivery across projects and maintain customer satisfaction
- Engage with leadership team and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
- Be willing to travel to customer locations as required

Technical Thought Leadership :

- Provide direction across modern data platforms (cloud data stacks, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML)
- Guide teams on architecture, solution design, and best practices




- Stay current with industry trends and bring relevant ideas into the organization

Pre-sales & Solutioning :

- Lead pre-sales efforts including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations
- Partner closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into wins
- Contribute to RFPs, estimations, and commercial discussions

Team & People Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a 100-member team across different skill sets
- Build strong second-line leadership within the team
- Drive performance management, capability development, and hiring
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning

Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Quality
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership
- Align practice goals with overall company strategy

Job Summary :

- 16 years of experience in Data & Analytics / Data Engineering / Enterprise Data Management
- Proven experience in leading large teams and managing P&L;
- Strong understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data architectures
- Experience in working with enterprise customers and handling senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance delivery, growth, and profitability
- A go-getter mindset - someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
