We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head – Jewellery to manage the overall operations, sales, customer experience, team performance, and profitability of the jewellery showroom.

- Manage the overall branch operations, sales, profitability, and customer experience.
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the showroom sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer relationship management.
- Handle key customers, high-value sales, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Monitor stock, inventory movement, jewellery display, and security procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper execution of promotional campaigns, offers, and current product launches.




- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, discipline, and professionalism.

What we are looking:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in jewellery retail, preferably with experience handling a showroom/branch independently
- Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Candidates with relevant jewellery retail experience will be given preference.
