Job Description

We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer with 7+ years of experience crafting exceptional digital experiences for enterprise and SaaS platforms. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end design from discovery and ideation through to high-fidelity delivery - while working closely with US-based clients, product managers, engineers, and data teams. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AI-powered interfaces and data-heavy enterprise applications, and is passionate about inclusive, user-centered design.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in enterprise, SaaS, or data-heavy products.

- Lead end-to-end product design, from research to delivery.

- Own client relationships, presentations, design discussions, and stakeholder management.

- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 designers, providing feedback and design direction.

- Strong skills in Figma, UX/UI, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.

- Good understanding of user research, usability testing, WCAG, interaction design, and data visualization.

- Proven ability to challenge requirements, identify real problems, and drive design decisions.

- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and client collaboration.





- Experience with healthcare, AI/ML, analytics, or regulated products is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus.

- Comfortable working with US clients and evening IST hours.
