To plan, manage, and control garment production activities to ensure that products are manufactured on time, at the required quality standards, and within the approved production cost, while maintaining productivity, safety, discipline, and compliance requirements.

- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production according to customer orders and shipment schedules.
- Prepare production plans and allocate manpower, machines, and resources effectively.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Coordinate with PPC, merchandising, stores, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing departments.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise the complete garment production process from cutting to packing.
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, production output, and machine utilization.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity.
- Conduct daily production meetings and review production performance.
- Implement methods to improve productivity and reduce production losses.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
