Responsibilities
- Outbound calling
- Follow up with business/franchise leads.
- Explain company's offerings and answer basic queries.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Marathi.
- Minimum 6months-1year experience in domestic/international BPO.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 + attractive incentives
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
