Job Summary

DoBetterHelp is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as US IT Staffing Recruiters.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in the US IT staffing and recruitment industry.

The selected candidate will receive training and guidance in US IT recruitment, bench sales, consultant marketing, candidate sourcing, vendor communication, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify IT professionals for US-based staffing requirements.
- Market and promote IT consultants to staffing vendors and potential clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with US-based recruiters, vendors, and staffing companies.
- Search for suitable IT job requirements using recruitment platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Match candidates and IT consultants with appropriate job opportunities.
- Communicate with vendors and recruiters regarding candidate submissions and requirements.
- Follow up regularly on submitted profiles, interviews, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, submissions, interviews, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a strong vendor/client network.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment and marketing targets.
- Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and recruitment practices.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic computer, email, MS Office, and internet skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive follow-up and communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working US night shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Final compensation will be determined based on the interview, skills, and candidate profile.
