Follow up on the status of existing order

Checking mails/Whatsapp regarding sales incoming orders,proving support or any query related to electrical Products,

Follow the process of sales & purchase invoice

review pending orders and specific customer's requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.

Taking follow up enquires.

making Quotations, offers for clients.

Communicating/negotiating with the clients.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
