Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Robust knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex software environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and support best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and timely solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
