We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with expertise in both traditional and AI-powered video editing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, stay ahead of emerging AI creative technologies and leverage AI tools to produce high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms and performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

- Edit high-quality Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, brand films, podcasts, interviews, corporate videos, event highlights, and social media campaigns.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention content with compelling storytelling.
- Create fast-paced, visually appealing edits optimized for audience engagement.
- Handle multi-camera edits and long-form content.
- Produce platform-specific edits for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in editing style, quality, and brand guidelines across projects.

Social Media & Creative Strategy

- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media trends.
- Understand audience psychology, watch-time optimization, and content retention strategies.
- Create scroll-stopping videos with strong opening hooks.
- Suggest creative concepts and storytelling ideas before editing begins.
- Adapt editing styles according to platform requirements and target audiences.
- Research competitor content and industry trends to inspire creative direction.

Motion Graphics & Animation

- Design engaging motion graphics and animated visual assets.
- Create logo animations and branded intros/outros.
- Design animated titles, lower thirds, callouts, captions and end screens.
- Develop kinetic typography and creative text animations.




- Design animated transitions, graphic overlays, and UI elements.
- Produce branded visual assets that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.

Ability to leverage AI for:

- Object removal
- Background replacement
- AI scene generation
- Image-to-video generation
- AI voiceovers
- AI avatars
- Lip-sync videos
- Auto subtitles
- Voice enhancement

Color Grading

- Perform professional color correction and cinematic color grading.
- Maintain brand color consistency across all deliverables.
- Work with LUTs and custom grading techniques.
- Match colors across multiple camera angles and footage sources.

Sound Design

- Perform audio cleanup and noise reduction.
- Enhance dialogue clarity and voice quality.
- Select appropriate background music.
- Add impactful sound effects.
- Balance audio levels for professional-quality output.
- Synchronize music and visuals for maximum audience engagement.

Required Skills

Software Proficiency

Must have strong hands-on experience with:

Experience

- 0 – 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or creative agency is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Advertisements
- Social media content
- Motion graphics
- Brand campaigns
- Performance marketing creatives
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.




- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
