Meta Performance & E-Commerce Expert

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Performance & E-Commerce Expert to manage and scale our online growth through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and e-commerce optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing skills with a deep understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

- Develop full-funnel Meta strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention.

- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis.

- Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and offers.

- Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, and revenue.

- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve profitability and scale.

- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance.

- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.

E-Commerce Growth

- Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.

- Analyze the complete customer journey from ad click to purchase.

- Identify and resolve conversion bottlenecks across product pages, landing pages, checkout, and payment flows.

- Conduct product, pricing, offer, and promotion analysis.

- Develop strategies for upselling, cross-selling, remarketing, and repeat purchases.

- Analyze sales and customer data to identify growth opportunities.

Performance Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare regular performance reports covering advertising spend, revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversions, and profitability.

- Use data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities.





- Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.

- Maintain accurate campaign and e-commerce dashboards.

Requirements

- 2–5+ years of experience in Meta Ads/performance marketing and e-commerce.

- Proven experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns with measurable revenue results.

- Robust understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, retargeting, and attribution.

- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, amazon, myntra or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and unit economics.

- Ability to work with large datasets and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong understanding of creative testing and performance-oriented ad content.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance targets.

Key Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured by:

- Revenue growth

- ROAS improvement

- Reduction in CAC/CPA

- Increase in conversion rate

- Growth in average order value

- Increase in repeat purchases and customer lifetime value

- Successful scaling of profitable Meta campaigns

- Overall improvement in e-commerce profitability
