We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our corporate gifting company. The intern will get practical exposure to corporate gifting, customer communication, product sourcing, sales support, quotations, order processing and basic business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying and contacting corporate clients.
- Support the Business Development and Sales team in generating leads.
- Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare basic quotations and product details.
- Assist in preparing product catalogues and presentations.
- Search for corporate gifting products and suppliers online.
- Coordinate with vendors for product prices, availability and customization.
- Maintain customer and vendor information in Excel.
- Assist with order follow-up and delivery coordination.
- Perform basic computer and administrative work.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.




- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn sales and business development.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates interested in corporate sales, marketing and entrepreneurship are preferred.
