We’re Hiring: Enrolled Agent/ Senior US Tax Professional

Finovalence is looking for an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) / Senior US Tax Professional to join our U.S. Tax team.
Experience: 2+ Years
Role: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, file, and amend Federal & State tax returns
Handle Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990 and other applicable tax returns
Prepare and file various IRS forms, extensions, elections, and amendments
Handle IRS & State notices and tax correspondence
Manage multi-state tax filings
Review tax returns prepared by team members
Guide and manage junior tax professionals
Independently handle client calls, emails, and tax-related queries
Research complex tax matters and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings and tax planning





Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on U.S. taxation experience
Strong knowledge of Federal and State taxation
Experience with business and individual tax returns
Positive client communication and team-management skills
Experience with ProConnect, Drake, UltraTax, or similar tax software preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is an added advantage

We are looking for someone who can independently manage tax engagements from preparation to filing, client communication, review, and issue resolution.
