Hiring Junior Process Operator

Position: Junior Process Operator – E-Waste Chemical Recovery
Department: Production / Process Operations

Industry: E-Waste Chemical Recovery

Fresher Candidate Only

Qualification: ITI / Diploma/B.E Chemical Engineering, B.E Mechanical Engineering & Bsc. Chemistry background preferred.

Shift Timing: 8 Hrs Rotational| 1- Rotational Week-Off
Reports To: Shift In-Charge / Production Supervisor

JD:

Handle and charge processed e-waste/raw materials into leaching tanks as per SOP and batch requirements.

Handle process chemicals safely and follow approved chemical addition procedures.

Operate leaching tanks, agitators, pumps, valves and chemical dosing systems.

Monitor and record process parameters such as pH, temperature, level, time and agitation.

Operate filter press/filtration equipment and handle slurry and filtrate safely.

Collect, segregate, weigh and transfer sludge/filter cake/residues to designated areas.

Assist in metal recovery processes such as precipitation, cementation or electrowinning as per SOP.

Collect process samples and coordinate with QC/Lab for analysis.

Maintain batch sheets, chemical consumption, production, recovery and shift records.

Perform basic equipment checks and immediately report leaks, blockages, breakdowns or abnormalities.

Follow PPE, EHS,



chemical handling, LOTO and emergency procedures at all times.

Maintain valuable housekeeping, 5S and cleanliness around the process area.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 12th Science; B.E Chemical Engineering, B.E Mechanical Engineering & Bsc. Chemistry background preferred.

Key Skills: Safety awareness, SOP compliance, basic chemical/process knowledge, teamwork, documentation and willingness to work in shifts.

Fixed Salary:20 K-25 K CTC + ESI+ PF + Medical Insurance

Overtime (OT) Policy – OT eligibility and applicable OT rates 1.5 Times

Allowances – attendance allowance, Chemical Allowances

Cab / Transportation Facility – based on the timing and pick up from dedicated points

Accommodation – Near Kandigai / Oragadam ( Company Provided)

Food Facility / Meal Allowance – BF, Lunch and Dinner based shift basis and We provided on subsidy for the food
