Rolls and responsibilities of AV Engineers

1 The primary role is to do day to day check of the AV VC endpoints and update checklist

2 On receiving calls via telephone email they will try to resolve the issue over the phone or if required they will attend the call on physical location

3 Pretesting of the CRBR for High-profile meetings

4 Installations Reinstallations Display panels AV devices Cisco IPPhones

5 MPH Auditorium AV Event support

6 Ticket Handling, AV devices, Town halls, Events, Virtual Events

7 Raising incidents and follow-up with required stakeholders

8 Availability during planned activities for AVVC devices during weekends

9 Webex Profile creation deletion

10 Inventory updating of Display panels AV devices for all global assets

11 Asset compliance to CMDB for all collab devices for all global assets

12 Basic Network Troubleshooting
