Job Title: SME/ Team Leader/ Senior Manager RCM

Location: Hyderabad WFO

Shift: Night shifts, 5 days working

We are seeking experienced professionals at SME, Team Leader and Manager levels who are skilled in AR Calling and Denials Management with expertise in hospitals billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance on AR Calling & Denials processes and ensure compliance with billing standards.
- Participate in claims meetings and contribute to the creation and implementation of action plans based on client requirements.
- Analyze and identify areas for process improvements, offering actionable recommendations for increasing client satisfaction and organizational profitability.
- Monitor and ensure service quality in the AR Calling and Denials process.




- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and recent hires on process improvements and technical aspects of AR Calling & Denials.
- Conduct quality audits and offer feedback to improve operational efficiency.
- Offer subject matter expertise to resolve complex claims issues and troubleshoot challenges.
- Ensure team members adhere to necessary operational procedures and assist with ongoing process enhancements.
- Collaborate with other departments to align process improvements with the organization's goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and ensuring optimal service delivery.
