Project Management Expertise: 10+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale IT infrastructure projects within a multinational or global matrix organization.
Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide email migrations (e.g., Office 365 / Google Workspace consolidation) and identity management (Active Directory) rollouts.
Identity & Access Management (IAM): Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD (Entra ID), or other identity providers (like Okta or Ping). Understanding directory synchronization (e.g., AAD Connect), single sign-on (SSO), and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth)



is crucial for consolidating identities before a migration.
Change Management: Demonstrable experience driving adoption in environments with high institutional resistance.
