The role will focus on aligning people initiatives with business priorities, strengthening organizational performance, supporting talent development, and ensuring effective implementation of HR practices across assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Partnership & Workforce Planning

- Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand business priorities and workforce needs.
- Translate business requirements into effective HR and people initiatives.
- Support manpower planning, workforce budgeting, succession planning, and organizational structure reviews.
- Advise managers on promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and employee movements.

2. Performance & Talent Management

- Manage and support the full performance management cycle.
- Guide managers on goal setting, performance reviews, development plans, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify high-potential employees and key talent.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to address capability and skills gaps.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees.
- Handle complex employee relations matters professionally and fairly.
- Support managers in resolving workplace and performance-related issues.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention, turnover, and absenteeism.
- Recommend initiatives to improve employee experience and retention.

4. HR Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Personnel, Payroll, Compensation & Perks, and Learning & Development teams.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and initiatives across assigned business units.
- Support organizational development, culture, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

5. HR Analytics & Compliance

- Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.




- Provide management with actionable people insights and recommendations.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Egyptian Labor Law, company policies, and internal governance standards.
- Support HR audits and ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR processes and documentation.

Candidate Requirements Experience

- +7 years of progressive HR experience.
- Solid experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or similar strategic HR role.
- Proven experience partnering with managers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, security solutions, or similar sectors is highly preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are an advantage.
