We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international Safe Ride process, where you will assist UK & US customers with their queries and concerns related to ride-hailing services such as Ola/Uber.

Role: Customer Support Executive

Process: Protected Ride – UK & US Clients

Experience: Freshers & 6 Months BPO Experience

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns related to ride bookings and services.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Assist customers with ride-related doubts, cancellations, payments, driver-related concerns, and other service queries.
- Communicate professionally with UK and US customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards.




- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility

- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months or more BPO/customer support experience can also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
- Comfortable handling international customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
