As a Managed Services Associate 2, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients across various functions, helping them streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver value to our clients. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Job Description:

• Reconcile daily cash movements and private equity investment activity

• Monitor and reconcile fund-level and deal-level credit facility activity

• Prepare and process investment, follow-on, and distribution wire transfers

• Maintain and review fund accounting records, including journal entries and general ledger activity

• Perform expense allocations and process invoices across funds, SPVs, and management entities

• Prepare quarterly and annual fund financial statements, including related disclosures

• Prepare and maintain investor capital account statements

• Calculate, accrue, and bill management fees and fund expenses

• Prepare carried interest and waterfall calculations in accordance with fund governing documents

• Prepare and execute capital calls and investor distributions

• Respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner





• Participate in quarterly financial close and firm-wide reporting processes

• Assist with regulatory, compliance, and audit-related reporting requirements

• Assist in the review of accounting activity and select reporting deliverables

• Support technology implementation initiatives, including requirements gathering, testing, and process integration

• Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Experience

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in –

• Private equity, real estate, or credit fund administration and/or public accounting

• Solid understanding of private equity, real estate, or credit fund structures, capital activity, and investor reporting

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Familiarity with private equity, real estate, or credit fund waterfall concepts, including preferred returns and carried interest (conceptual understanding acceptable)

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international team environment

• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, client-service mindset

• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and responsiveness

• Highly motivated self-starter with strong ownership mentality and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
