Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cook role based in Penamaluru. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to established menus and recipes, ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation standards are met. Daily tasks include washing, cutting, and measuring ingredients, operating kitchen equipment safely, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas, and following food safety and hygiene guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with other kitchen staff, managing basic inventory such as ingredients and supplies,



and adjusting recipes or portions as needed to meet demand. The Cook is expected to work scheduled shifts, support special meal requirements when requested, and contribute to a positive, efficient kitchen environment.
Qualifications

- Ability to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, with sound knowledge of basic cooking techniques and recipes.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and secure handling and storage of ingredients.
- Experience in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen, including regular cleaning of equipment and workstations.
- Capability to follow instructions, work within set menus, and manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a professional attitude when interacting with colleagues and supervisors.
- Previous experience as a Cook, Kitchen Assistant, or similar role is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Penamaluru and to follow scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed.
- Basic educational background and ability to read and understand instructions and safety guidelines.
