Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Assistant Manager of Learning and Development, based in Bangalore Urban. The role involves identifying training needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, and evaluating training outcomes. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve team performance, provide coaching, and support employee career development. Additionally, the role entails ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining high customer service standards across relevant departments.

 Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.

 Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.

 Assessment of Learning needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.

 Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.

 Optimizing training processes for efficiency.





 Supervise and monitor all processes and recommend changes to ensure efficiency of all processes and provide training to all employees across various learning platforms

 Govern all processes related to a training or assignment and be able to drive adherence. Improve and write new processes where required to meet business & stakeholder deliverables.

 Selecting and managing resources, including working with both employees and department heads/ managers to develop and deliver training.

 Manage all relevant stakeholders to successfully implement a program through regular touchpoints and communication.

 Managing the technologies and platforms required to develop, manage, and deliver training.

 Supervise effective induction and orientation sessions.

 Develop Training Metrics to measure effectiveness of delivery and content.

 Facilitate coaching and mentoring to develop middle management and leadership pipeline.

 Organize Functional, Technical Programs, Certifications, Soft Skills & Management Development. Programs.

 Ensure functional requirements for Internal & External Audits are met.

 Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of all training programs and maintain records.

 Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence.

 Lead and guide team on projects for organizational improvements.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Training & Development and conducting effective training sessions.
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to manage training operations.
- Excellent Communication skills, with a high level of clarity and interpersonal aptitude.
- Customer Service knowledge with a focus on maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience in CDR/Fine Dining/Five-star properties.
- Preference from hospitality industry with relevant experience and Kannada speaking.
