Role Descrng>iption The Medical Reviewer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad/ Pune. This role involves reviewing medical records, clinical documentation, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant guidelines and standards. The Medical Reviewer will assess diagnoses, treatments, and procedures for consistency, identify discrepancies, and provide transparent, evidence-based feedback to internal teams or clients. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing summaries of medical findings, supporting claim evaluations or audits, collaborating with medical and non-medical stakeholders, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory requirements. The role also requires careful documentation, adherence to confidentiality protocols, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications





- Strong Pharmacovigilance knowledge and experience in reviewing medical records, with the ability to interpret diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans accurately.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical guidelines, and relevant regulatory or compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or potential issues in medical documentation.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in written reports, summaries, and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and explaining medical findings
- Expertise in Aggregate Reporting with PSUr Dsur Pbrer reports.
