- Individual Role
- Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
- Ensure adherence to KYC documents as per the guidelines of the company
- Ensure proper closure of disbursement documentation within the timeline.
- Manager Sales & distributions through DSA's
- Empanel new DSA's from market & ensure unilateral growth by adding recent DSAs
- Experience in mortgage and working in DSA vertical will be preferred
- Liaoning with Internal teams - Credit, legal, technical, RCU & Operations
- Responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to customer & channel partners.
