Summary:

The purpose of this role is to develop vibrant content for internal and external customer communication channels. Candidates with corporate content writing experience are preferred. Expertise in HTML and CSS coding knowledge, along with experience in Digital Adoption Platforms like Whatfix, is desirable. Applicants who have multilingual, video tutorial, and in-app content creation experience will have an edge.

Responsibilities:

- Develop interactive UI elements within applications using tools like WalkMe or Whatfix.
- Write clear marketing copy to promote products and services, attract customers, and boost brand awareness.
- Ensure consistency in style, clarity, and conciseness in writing.
- Perform quality assurance of all content before moving to the next level of review.
- Adhere strongly to processes and guidelines.
- Conduct robust research, including gathering and analyzing data from SMEs to develop documentation.
- Understand products through hands-on experience.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, working independently and with other writers.
- Develop and maintain a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms, such as newsletters, blogs, websites, training materials, video, or in-app tutorial scripts.
- Write clear and concise content across multiple touchpoints, including labels, navigational elements, dialog boxes, menus, email templates, tutorials, and notifications.
- Drive consensus across teams and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency is maintained across the application.




- Review business requirements to create fitting copy.
- Participate in the product development process to ensure the design is intuitive.
- Conduct competitor analysis and user research to inform content strategy.
- Optimize and refine existing copy based on changing requirements.
- Create and maintain a content style guide and rationale documentation for in-app content standards.

Requirements:

- Any computer degree with 3 years of proven work experience in digital adoption processes and in-app content writing.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in in-app content (UX) writing.

Required Skills:

- Extensive knowledge of WalkMe/Whatfix, SnagIT, and Camtasia.
- Expertise in CSS and HTML.
- Proficiency with Office suite applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
- Flexible writing style and ability to turn engineering speak into easily understandable concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the process of documentation development cycle, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, and a highly motivated individual with the ability to grasp complex engineering concepts.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Successful track record of working independently both in an office and telecommuting setting.
- Portfolio of published articles.
- Working knowledge of UX and digital content principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of Figma.
