About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal Team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to day-to-day corporate legal activities, documentation, contract management, and legal research.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in corporate/commercial law, good drafting and research skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Legal Team in legal research and analysis on matters relevant to the business.
- Support in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, agreements, notices, and other correspondence.
- Assist in reviewing commercial contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other business documents.
- Support the team in contract management and maintaining legal records.
- Assist with documentation related to ongoing legal matters, compliance requirements, and statutory filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and documents required for legal matters.
- Assist in identifying and highlighting key legal/commercial risks in documents under review.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information.
- Support the Legal Team with any other research, documentation, and legal assignments as required.

Required Skills

- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of basic corporate and commercial laws.
- Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Ability to understand and interpret legal documents and agreements.
- Good command of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Eligibility

- Qualification: LL.B.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
- Candidates with exposure to corporate/commercial law, contract drafting, or legal research will be preferred.
