Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced IBM Storage Administrator to manage maintain and support enterprise storage infrastructure
- The ideal candidate should have hands on experience with IBM storage technologies storage provisioning performance monitoring troubleshooting and ensuring high availability of storage environments

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support IBM Storage environments including provisioning configuration and maintenance
- Manage IBM storage arrays such as IBM FlashSystem Storwize SAN Volume Controller SVC and other IBM storage platforms
- Perform storage allocation capacity planning and performance tuning activities
- Monitor storage infrastructure health and proactively resolve issues
- Configure and manage SAN environments zoning masking and multipathing
- Perform firmware upgrades patches and storage migrations
- Support backup recovery and disaster recovery operations
- Troubleshoot storage SAN and connectivity issues across enterprise environments




- Work closely with server virtualization database and application teams to support business requirements
- Maintain storage documentation and adhere to operational and security standards

Technical Requirements:

- 2 5 years of experience in Storage Administration
- Hands on experience with
- IBM FlashSystem
- IBM Storwize
- IBM SAN Volume Controller SVC
- IBM Storage Insights
- Robust knowledge of SAN technologies Fibre Channel zoning and LUN masking
- Experience with storage provisioning replication snapshots and data migration
- Understanding of storage performance analysis and capacity management
- Experience with storage monitoring and troubleshooting

Additional Responsibilities:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in Storage Administration
