Fragomen's US Capability Center in Kochi is hiring a Client Service with Visual Development capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of visual storytelling and client relationship support — turning workforce, immigration, and operational data into polished presentations and dashboards, while helping manage day-to-day client-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design client-ready decks, dashboards, and visual reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client queries, follow-ups, and status updates
- Translate raw operational and workforce data into clear, visually consistent presentations (PowerPoint, Excel, or BI tools)
- Maintain brand-consistent templates, color palettes, and formatting standards across deliverables
- Support client services teams with meeting prep materials, follow-up documentation, and status updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs ahead of client or leadership reviews
- Manage version control and turnaround timelines for recurring visual deliverables
What We're Looking For
- Strong client communication skills
- 2–4 years of experience in a visual design, presentation development, or client-facing support role
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js is a plus
- An eye for clean, minimal, skilled design — not just decorative visuals
- Comfortable working directly with client-facing stakeholders and senior leadership
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadline
