Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Command Centre Intern to support the day-to-day monitoring and coordination of business operations. The intern will work in 8-hour rotational A/B/C shifts and will be responsible for tracking operational activities, identifying exceptions, maintaining reports, and escalating issues to the relevant teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, dashboards, operations,
and real-time problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day operations through dashboards, trackers, and internal systems.
- Track key operational metrics and identify deviations or exceptions.
- Monitor orders, deliveries, customer service, inventory, and other assigned operational parameters.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate shift-wise reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Prepare daily shift handover reports highlighting pending issues and significant updates.
- Ensure smooth communication between teams during shift changes.
- Track recurring operational issues and flag patterns to the Command Centre team.
- Support the team in maintaining SOP adherence and operational discipline.
