Role Description The Head of Community is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for shaping and leading DLC's local and regional community strategy. This role involves onboarding members, designing and implementing community programs and events, cultivating engagement among members, and ensuring a high-quality experience across all touchpoints. The Head of Community will oversee community operations,



manage communication channels, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives aligned with DLC's mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and nurturing member relationships, gathering feedback to improve offerings, leading a team of community professionals, and representing DLC at events and gatherings. The role also includes tracking community metrics, reporting on performance, and continuously refining community-building approaches to drive growth and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HNI, VVHNI Community onboarding, Engagement and Community Development.
- Candidates should possess excellent event conceptualisation, guest listing, event execution and production skillset.
- New members onboarding is required, someone who has handled membership sales in past.
