Core Institute of Technology is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Faculty with strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems to deliver industry-oriented training to students pursuing careers in the MEP and construction sectors. The ideal candidate should possess valuable technical knowledge of MEP systems, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and NDT testing, with the ability to explain concepts clearly through practical and project-based sessions.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver classroom and practical training in MEP systems and related Mechanical Engineering concepts.

· Train students in the design and drafting of MEP systems using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

· Teach AutoCAD 2D and 3D for MEP drawing preparation and interpretation.

· Provide practical training in Revit MEP and BIM-based MEP modelling.

· Guide students in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and layouts.

· Introduce students to NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods and their practical applications.

· Train students in NDT documentation, inspection procedures, and reporting.

· Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.

· Mentor students through real-world MEP projects and project-based learning.

· Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Technical Skills





· MEP Systems Knowledge (Mandatory)

· AutoCAD 2D and 3D (Mandatory)

· Revit MEP (Mandatory)

· MEP Drawing Preparation and Interpretation

· Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical services

· Basic knowledge of Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems

· Knowledge of NDT Tests and inspection procedures

· NDT Documentation and Report Preparation

· Understanding of MEP coordination and project workflow

· Microsoft Office / Excel basics

Language Requirement

· Malayalam

Qualification

· B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

· Candidates with strong knowledge of MEP systems and relevant software skills are preferred.

· Freshers with excellent technical knowledge or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
