Profile

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Head with 4–7 years of B2B SaaS/Software Product experience who can:

- Own end-to-end digital marketing (paid ads, SEO, content, email)
- Drive qualified leads and revenue, not just traffic
- Think strategically about growth while staying close to execution
- Use AI tools and contemporary marketing tactics to stay ahead
- Lead and mentor a marketing team

Responsibilities

Strategy & Performance Marketing

- Set the digital marketing strategy and roadmap, and run it hands-on — Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ABM for enterprise prospects
- Own CAC, CPL, and ROI across paid channels

SEO & Content

- Lead SEO and modern search visibility — including how AI tools like ChatGPT and AI Overviews are changing how buyers find products
- Build content and category-positioning strategy around high-intent keywords





Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

- Own demand generation and the MQL → SQL pipeline
- Improve conversion across landing pages, forms, and nurture flows

Analytics & Reporting

- Track performance via GA4, HubSpot/CRM, and dashboards
- Use data to guide budget and strategy decisions

Team Leadership

- Manage and mentor 3–6 marketers
- Set clear goals and build a culture of ownership and experimentation

Requirements

- 5–8 years in digital marketing, with genuine hands-on experience at a B2B SaaS/software product company
- Able to think strategically, and step into hands-on execution when required
- Proven track record improving CPL, CAC, or lead quality, with real numbers
- Working knowledge of SEO and how AI search is reshaping buyer discovery
- Experience with GA4, Search Console, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Ahrefs/SEMrush
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Based in Jaipur or open to relocating — this is an in-office role
