Role Summary

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is technically savvy in Data, Analytics or AI, who can design and govern enterprise data and reporting architectures while leading and growing a team of data engineers, BI Engineers or AI talent. In this role, the candidate should be roughly balancing architectural ownership, delivery accountability, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Ownership





- 10-12 years in data engineering/BI/architecture, including 6+ years in delivery leadership roles
- Proven experience architecting data warehouse/lakehouse solutions at enterprise scale
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL/BI tool with at least one major cloud data platform (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery)
- Exposure to AI/ML pipeline integration or GenAI-enabled analytics
- Track record of managing and developing engineering talent

Engineering Management

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders on data/BI initiatives
- Experience in a consulting/client delivery environment managing multiple concurrent engagements
- Own delivery quality and P&L; accountability of an engagement
- Represent Brillio at executive/steering forums, convert delivery credibility into account growth( upsell, new logos, RFP support)
- Support proposals, SOWs, and staffing plans for new opportunities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts
- Hiring, performance reviews, career development, resource allocation across concurrent projects
- Partner with internal and external business stakeholders to manage the requirements and delivery
- Must have experience in budget/revenue management
