Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Content Creator who can turn ideas into high-performing, social-first content. The role owns
content execution across shoots, Reels, Shorts and brand channels, with a strong eye for storytelling, visual quality and trends.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end social content execution across Instagram, YouTube and digital platforms.
Plan and execute shoots, including moodboards, references, talent, styling, props and on-ground coordination.
Create compelling Reels, Shorts and static content with strong hooks, scripts, storytelling and pacing.
Create and feature in brand content with a strong creator-first lens.
Coordinate with influencers, creators, agencies, production houses and freelancers to deliver content on time.
Track trends, competitors and platform formats; identify ideas relevant to the brand.
Review content performance (views, engagement, saves) and turn learnings into better content.
Support YouTube Shorts and long-form content, including scripting, thumbnails, titles and content packaging.
Support brand activations, creator-led campaigns and community initiatives; capture and repurpose content.
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of Instagram,



YouTube and short-form content.
Excellent storytelling, visual sense and understanding of social trends.
Hands-on experience with shoots, styling, creators and content production.
Confident on-camera presence and willingness to create/feature in content.
Strong execution, ownership, coordination and attention to detail.
Prior experience in D2C, beauty, skincare or lifestyle brands is a plus.

- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem.

- Interest in skincare, beauty, and digital culture.

- Robust research, communication, and analytical skills.

- Ability to identify trends and convert insights into actionable ideas.
