and store communicationSupport urgent creative requirements from stores across IndiaPrepare design briefs and coordinate with creative agenciesManage projects from concept to final delivery with the agencyEnsure consistency across all brand touchpoints and work in sync with the marketing team.QualificationsMinimum 8–10 years of skilled design experience, preferably with leading consumer brands, FMCG companies, retail brands, or creative agenciesAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, animation softwares and video-editing software is mandatoryStrong expertise in branding, typography, packaging, campaign development, and social media designExcellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related fieldExperience managing social media is an added advantage
