Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – MandatoryAbout the Role:We are looking for a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) to work on IBC, insolvency, NPA resolution, debt restructuring, OTS and distressed-asset advisory assignments, with exposure to clients, banks, lenders and investors.Key Responsibilities:Support IBC, insolvency, NPA resolution and restructuring assignments.Assist with OTS, debt restructuring and distressed-asset transactions.Analyse financial statements, debt positions, cash flows and business viability.Support financial projections, recovery assessments and basic due diligence.Coordinate with clients, banks, lenders, investors and internal teams.Assist with documentation, negotiations,



reports and client deliverables.Apply working knowledge of IBC, SARFAESI and relevant recovery/insolvency regulations.Must have:Robust communication, analytical and documentation skills.Good understanding of corporate and regulatory matters.Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.Experience in IBC, insolvency, NPA resolution, debt restructuring, OTS, stressed assets or financial services advisory will be an advantage.Mumbai-based candidates will be given priority.If you are a Qualified CS looking to build your career in restructuring, insolvency and distressed-asset advisory please share your CV to @[email protected]
