Role Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices and quotes, and providing administrative support. The role will also involve supporting HR-related activities and ensuring smooth coordination of accounting and HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare, review, and manage invoices, quotes, and payment records. Perform data entry and maintain accounting information in relevant systems. Reconcile accounts and support regular financial reporting. Maintain and organize financial documentation and records. Manage and maintain accounting data using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet tools. Provide administrative support related to finance and accounting activities. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers,



and external stakeholders on accounting matters. Support HR-related administrative activities, including employee documentation and onboarding coordination. Assist with HR records, employee information, and other HR-related administrative requirements. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks. Work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance. Experience in managing accounting activities, invoices, quotes, and financial records. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory. Good computer literacy and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Experience with accounting software is an advantage. Knowledge or experience in HR administration is preferred.
