About this role We want a builder who still lives in the code, not an architect who lives in meetings. You've done the seed-to-Series-B/C journey once; you know exactly what breaks at each stage of scale, and you want to do it again with your hands on the keyboard. You've worked deeply on B2 B Saa S and enterprise-scale problems, so you understand the depth of what our customers need and how to build around it. You'll own engineering end-to-end: the platform and agent infra, the team, and the bar. This is the person who turns a young, hungry team into a world-class one.



What you'll do Own the technical direction for our platform and agent infra, and stay hands-on: scope, build, and make the hard calls yourself Scale the engineering org from where it is today with the growth of the firm, hiring and grooming a world-class team along the way Ship fast without breaking enterprise trust: reliability, security, and depth are non-negotiable for our B2 B Saa S customers Set the engineering bar, culture, and rituals, and defend them as we grow Partner with founders and GTM to translate enterprise problems into shipped product What we're looking for 10-12 years building software, with real depth in the implementation and development of infrastructure for AI agents You've experienced the scaling journey firsthand—at a global company or at a high-growth startup (Series A, Series B, or Series C+). Proven B2 B Saa S and enterprise-scale experience: you understand the depth of problems and know how to navigate them A leader who moves really fast and has managed teams of 20-30, with a track record of building and grooming top engineering talent Bonus points You've founded a company before You've built agent or LLM systems in production, not just prototypes You've owned security and reliability for enterprise customers You've hired into a Bangalore-based engineering org How we work Ship weekly: We move rapid and ship often.
