This role requires someone who can independently manage day-to-day website requirements while also identifying opportunities to improve functionality, user experience, performance, and overall digital presence. NKey Responsibilitiesn1. Website Development & Management NManage the day-to-day development, maintenance, and smooth functioning of all brand websites. NDevelop new website pages, features, modules, landing pages, forms, and interactive componentsas required. NMake regular updates to website content, layouts, functionality, and technical elements. NTroubleshoot and resolve website errors, bugs, broken links, performance issues, and technicalproblems. NEnsure websites remain updated, responsive, functional, and compatible across modern browsersand devices. NCoordinate domain, hosting, SSL, DNS, CDN, backups, and other essential website infrastructurewherever required. N2. Front-End & Back-End Development NWrite clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code. NWork with relevant web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive frameworks, APIs, databases, CMS platforms, and server-side technologies. NDevelop and maintain front-end interfaces as well as back-end functionality. NBuild and manage API integrations and third-party software integrations. NOptimize website architecture, code quality, loading speed, and overall technical performance. NIdentify and implement appropriate technologies, frameworks, libraries, and development toolsbased on project requirements. N3. UI/UX DevelopmentnDesign and develop intuitive, modern, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences. NTranslate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web interfaces. NContinuously improve website navigation, information architecture, user journeys, accessibility, andusability. NIdentify UI/UX issues through website analysis, user behaviour, and performance data andrecommend improvements. NEnsure consistency in design systems, typography, layouts, components, interactions, andresponsive behaviour across digital platforms. NWork closely with design and marketing teams to convert creative concepts into technically feasibledigital experiences. N4.



Website Performance & Optimization NMonitor and improve website speed, responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance. NOptimize images, scripts,code, databases, caching, and other technical elements to improve loadingtimes. NEnsure websites perform effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. NConduct regular technicalaudits and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users. NImplement SEO-friendly technical practices in collaboration with the SEO/marketing team. N5. Security & Maintenance NMaintain website securityand implement appropriate security best practices. NRegularly update CMS platforms, plugins, libraries, frameworks, dependencies, and softwarecomponents. NMonitor vulnerabilities, security issues, unauthorized access, malware, and other potential threats. NMaintain appropriate backups and recovery processes. NEnsure websites follow applicable privacy, security, accessibility, and technical standards. N6. Analytics, Tracking & Integrations NImplement and maintain analytics, tracking pixels, conversion tracking, tags, forms, and other digitalmeasurement tools. NWork with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and otherrelevant marketing/analytics technologies. NDevelop or manage integrations with CRM, payment gateways, marketing platforms, lead-management systems, APIs, and other third-party tools. NTroubleshoot tracking andintegration-related issues. N7. Testing & Quality Assurance NConduct functional, usability, compatibility, and responsive testing before deploying websitechanges. NIdentify bugs and technical issues and ensure timely resolution. NTest website features across multiple browsers, operating systems, screen sizes, and devices. NMaintain high standards of code quality, website reliability, and user experience. N8. Cross-Functional Collaboration NWork closely with Marketing, Branding, Creative, UI/UX, SEO, Content, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver digital solutions. NConvert business and marketing requirements into practical technical solutions. NProvide technical inputs on website feasibility, development timelines, functionality, andimplementation. NCoordinate with external developers, agencies, hosting providers,



and technology partnerswhenever required. N9. Continuous Improvement& Innovation NStay updated with emerging web development technologies, AI tools, frameworks, UI/UX trends, automation, software platforms, and digital best practices. NIdentify opportunities toautomate repetitive website and development processes. NRecommend new technologies and solutions that can improve website functionality, efficiency, performance, and user experience. NContinuously evaluate andimprove the brand's digital ecosystem.
