Job DescriptionPosition: Project Manager NExperience: 5+ Years NLocation: Pan India (Travel Required) NAbout the RolenInnovatiview India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale Education, ICT, ITES, Digital Learning, and Smart Classroom projects across government departments, educational institutions, and public sector organizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience planning, executing, and delivering technology-enabled education projects within defined timelines and budgets, with strong stakeholder management skills. NKey Responsibilities: NProject Planning & Execution Nn Lead end-to-end implementation of Education, ICT, Smart Classroom, Digital Learning, and IT-enabled projects. N Develop project plans, implementation schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies. N Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality parameters. N Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to address delays or issues. NnGovernment Client & Stakeholder Management Nn Act as the primary point of contact for Government departments, bureaucrats, and other stakeholders. N Conduct regular review meetings and provide project status updates to clients and senior management. N Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related concerns promptly. NnTeam Management Nn Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, procurement, training, and support teams. N Guide field implementation teams and ensure smooth deployment across project locations. N Track team performance and ensure adherence to project milestones. NnVendor & Partner Coordination Nn Manage relationships with OEMs, system integrators, implementation partners, and service providers. N Ensure timely procurement, delivery, installation,



and commissioning of project components. N Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs. NnRequired Skills & Competencies Nn Robust understanding of Education Technology (EdTech), ICT, Smart Classrooms, Digital Learning Solutions, and ITES Projects. N Proven experience in managing Government Education Projects, ICT initiatives, or large-scale technology deployments. N Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills. N Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution capabilities. N Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. N Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. N Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities. N Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. NnPreferred Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, or related field. N MBA/PGDM in Project Management or Operations will be an added advantage. N PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred. NnPreferred Experience Nn 5+ years of experience in Project Management. N Experience in Government Education, ICT, Digital Classroom, Smart School, PM eVIDYA, DIKSHA, ICT@Schools, ITES, Digital Learning, or Technology-enabled Education Projects. N Experience working withState Education Departments, Government Schools, Universities, Higher Education Institutions, or Public Sector Organizations. N Experience managing multi-location deployments and field operations. NnKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Nn Project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. N Achievement of project milestones and SLAs. N Client satisfaction andstakeholder feedback. N Effective risk and issue management. N Quality compliance and audit scores. N Team productivity and resource utilization. N Timely submission of reports, documentation, and project closures. N
