Ensuring our subtitles conform to industry and Deluxe standards and client requirements (timing, formatting, and language and client specific rules) and ensuring 100% on-time delivery, while maintaining an average quality record of 99%. NPrimary Responsibilities Nn Checking that language subtitles conform to Deluxe guidelines and meet the specific client requirements. N Ensuring that these subtitles are checked against reference material related to the project and Nnimplementing required instructions to ensure that the final product is consistent and errorfree Nn Ensuring that thequality of work is very high with less than 1% error rate, thus maintaining an average quality yield of nothing less than 99% throughout the year, for all clients. N Updating work trackers to denote accurate status of projects. N Ensuring 100% on-time delivery for all clients. N Coordinating with PC and updating Project Notes to implement changes or fixes in languages,



based on errors found. N Providing feedback to other users and departments, when standard procedure is not followed, so that quality measures are implemented upstream as well. N Communicate clearly andeffectively with clients, both internal / external. N Should take ownership of one's work. N Follow department specific schedules, guidelines and demonstrate schedule adherence, and attendance. NnAdditional Responsibilities Nn Mentoring and coaching newer recruits to bring them up to the expected quality standards set Nnby the department. Nn Promote teamwork.
