Job DescriptionPosition: Sales & Service Engineer NLocation: Mumbai/Pune NKey Responsibilities: Nn Evaluate projectsand collect feedback from existing and prospective customers N Experience on preparation of Tender and offer to the customer N Identify current opportunities (product/ market) for future growth N Provides information bycollecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from different sites, i.E. GEM etc. N Read the drawing properly and understand technical requirements from customer N Installation & Maintenance: Preferably Installing of new battery chargers / battery banks/ DCDB/ACDB/ BHMS etc., conducting routine maintenance, and performing repairs. N Site visit to understand the requirement of job in respect of modification and service N Troubleshooting:



Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and electrical/ Circuit, etc. faults. N Follow-up with customerfor order optimization N Follow up with customerfor payment N Generations of different weekly and daily reports. N Proper documentation Meeting with internal teams on different issues. NnExperience & Qualifications: Nn B.E or 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics N 3+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in UPS, battery, battery charger, or related power-electronics products. N
