NKey Responsibilitiesn N Teach and mentor MBA (Finance) students across core and elective subjects, including Finance. N Design, update, and deliver curriculum aligned with academic standards and industry requirements. N Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities. N Participate in academicplanning, department meetings, and institutional initiatives. N Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and ensure academic excellence.



N Engage in research, publications, seminars, and professional development activities. N Support accreditation, documentation, and quality assurance processes. NnRequirementsn N PhD in Management/related field or NET qualification (Mandatory). N Solid knowledge of General Management and Finance subjects. N Excellent communicationand classroom management skills. N Prior teaching experience in higher education is preferred. N Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team.
