Job DescriptionSales Specialist – The Whispering Woods NJob Location - Thane, Mumbai NJob SummarynWe are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist with a robust background in the hospitality industry to drive revenue and develop new business opportunities for The Whispering Woods. NThe ideal candidate should be highly proactive, target-oriented, and confident in handling leads across multiple channels while building strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding clients, travel agents, and other business partners. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Generate new revenue streams and consistently work towards achieving sales and revenue targets. N Handle and convert enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, chat, phone calls, and email. N Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed stays, events, weddings, corporate bookings, and other business opportunities. N Proactively reach out to corporate clients, wedding planners, event companies, and agencies to generate business. N Identify and onboard travel agents, DMCs, tour operators, and other travel partners. N Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and travel trade partners.



N Develop new sales channels and partnerships to increase bookings and overall revenue. N Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients within approved guidelines, and drive conversions. N Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, conversions, and revenue generated. N Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth experience for confirmed clients and groups. NnRequirementsn N 2–5 years of experiencein hospitality sales, preferably in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality. N Strong experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, wedding/event sales, or travel trade will be preferred. N Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. N Comfortable handling sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, email, and online enquiries. N Strong follow-up and conversion skills. N Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation. N Existing relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, travel agents, or DMCs will be an advantage.
