N Review tax workpapers, supporting documents, calculations, and schedules for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. N Identify missing information, tax inconsistencies, technical issues, and potential compliance risks and ensure timely resolution. N Review returns for e-filing readiness and coordinate resolution of filing-related issues. N Provide review commentsand guide tax preparers on corrections, US tax concepts, and firm processes. N Manage assigned review workload while ensuring quality, turnaround time,



and tax-season deadlines are met. N Maintain accurate tax notes, review documentation, workpapers, and workflow updates while ensuring strict client confidentiality. N Identify recurring errors and contribute to team training, process improvements, and quality enhancement. NnRequirements: Nn 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Taxation / Tax Review. N Strong knowledge of individual and business tax returns. N Experience with UltraTax, ProConnect, Drake, Lacerte, or similar tax software preferred. N Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. N Experience working withUS CPA firms or accounting outsourcing firms is an advantage.
