Job DescriptionLocation- Noida NEXP- 4-8 yrsnSKILL-Kofax/ Tungsten Automation NResponsibilitynn · System Administration: Install, configure, and manage Kofax/Topcall Communication Server (KCS) environments, including line servers, message broadcasting systems, and message routing queues. N · Integration & Development: Integrate fax, SMS, email, and voice communications with enterprise platforms like SAP, Microsoft Exchange, or CRM systems using TC/LINK modules. N · Automation Workflows: Design document-intensive workflows that securely and automatically capture, process, and distribute high-volume faxes and digital documents. N · Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot transmission errors, protocol issues (e.G., FoIP, T.30/T.38), and client application errors.
