NThis role requires deep expertise in Amadeus, excellent handling of reissues, refunds, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. NThis is not an airline BPO or call-center role. NKey ResponsibilitiesnHandle international air ticketing end-to-end on Amadeus NManage reissues, cancellations, refunds, and urgent fare changes NWork with consolidators, NDC platforms,
and portal-based issuance NQueue PNRs and coordinatemultiple files efficiently NManage group bookings andspecial fare cases NHandle high volumes whilemaintaining accuracy NTake complete ownership of ticketing operations NGuide junior team memberswhen required NMandatory Requirements Nn 2–7+ years of travel agency ticketing experience N Very solid Amadeus knowledge N International ticketingexperience (mandatory) N Comfortable with reissues, refunds & pressure situations N Experience with consolidators / NDC portals N Strong Ownership mindset & accountability NnGood to HavenGroup booking coordination experience NExperience mentoring or guiding juniors NProfiles We Will NOT Consider NAirline BPO / call-centerbackgrounds NLess than 2 years of agency ticketing experience NOnly domestic ticketing profiles NFrequent job changesnDiscomfort with reissues, refunds or pressure
