The candidate should have strong knowledge of core and contemporary HR practices and the ability to connect academic concepts with real-world industry applications. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Teach HR subjects to MBA/PGDM students using practical examples, case studies and industry applications. N Mentor students on academics, internships, projects and career development. N Design course content, assessments, presentations and learning activities. N Guide students for HR careers, placements and professional development. N Stay updated with current HR trends, technology and industry practices. N Participate in academicactivities, workshops, seminars and research initiatives. NnSubjects / Areas of Expertise NCandidates should be comfortable teaching multiple areas such as:



NHRM | Strategic HR | Talent Acquisition | Performance Management | L&D; | Compensation & Benefits | Employee Engagement | Talent Management | Employee Relations & Labour Laws | Organizational Behaviour & Development | HR Analytics / People Analytics | Digital HR & AI in HR NKnowledge of HRMS/HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Keka, PeopleStrong etc. will be an added advantage. NCandidate Profilen N MBA/PGDM/Master's degree in HR / Human Resources / Management. N Prior teaching experience at MBA/PGDM level preferred. N Candidates with relevant corporate HR experience and strong academic orientation may also apply. N Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills. N Strong understanding ofcurrent HR practices and industry trends. N PhD / UGC-NET / SET will be an added advantage. NnJoining Requirement NCandidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
