NWorking knowledge of O2C processes: order management, delivery and shipping, billing, credit Nmanagement and accounts receivable integration. NExperience supporting SIT, UAT and hypercare on a multi-site rollout. NTechnical Skills: NHands-on SAP SD configuration,



including pricing and condition techniques, output determination, Nrebates and revenue account determination. NExposure to retail-specific SAP modules such as IS-Retail, SAP CAR and POS DM. NAbility to write explicit functional specifications and test scripts. NFamiliarity with Fiori sales apps and S/4HANA retail innovations. NSoft Skills: NClear written and spoken English for working with onshore stakeholders remotely. NAnalytical mindset and structured approach to defect investigation. NWillingness to work offshore with overlap to UAE business hours and extended hours during Ncutover and go-live.
