NnLeadership & Team Management: N● Provide strategic leadership to junior associates, consultants, and interns, ensuring effective management and mentorship. N● Enforce adherence to ESSC’s policies, professional ethics, and industry best practices. NnClient & Media Relations: N● Develop and execute media relations strategies to secure top-tier placements across print, digital, and broadcast media. N● Maintain and leverage arobust network of media contacts, industry influencers, and thought leaders. NnBusiness Development & Strategy: N● Identify and explore recent business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients. NnEvent & Campaign Management: N● Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact PR campaigns, press conferences, and industry events. N● Monitor campaign performance, generating post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement. NnContent Creation & Thought Leadership: N● Guide the development of compelling content, including press releases, articles, white papers, and reports.



NnDigital & Social Media Integration: N● Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance PR efforts through online platforms and social media channels. N● Lead the development ofmulti-channel marketing strategies that integrate traditional and digital PR. NnFinancial & Operational Oversight: N● Manage budgets for PR campaigns, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives. N● Negotiate and manage contracts with media partners, vendors, and key stakeholders. NnClient Retention & Satisfaction: N● Ensure 100% client satisfaction through exceptional service and consistent value delivery. N● Address client concernsproactively, ensuring issues are resolved with strategic solutions. NnKnowledge Management & Industry Networking: N● Stay abreast of the latest developments in PR, media, and marketing industries. N● Build and maintain a network of media professionals, industry influencers, and strategic partners. NnCrisis Management & Risk Mitigation: N● Lead crisis communication planning and execution for clients. N● Develop contingency plans for potential PR challenges, ensuring readiness for unforeseen events.
